Wow what an exciting place to go. The city that never sleeps, no kidding. We had a fun filled 5 days of walking should say photo walking and seeing the sites and shows of Las Vegas. Celine Dion is in her last months of her show at Ceasar's Palace and she was the main reason for taking the trip. Her show was truly amazing and worth the trip.
We even made time to go to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. We only saw a portion of it but it was amazing. We went out on the new Horseshoe-Shaped Bridge called the skywalk. They have you where booties on your shoes because the floor is made of 1/2 inch thick glass and believe me when you look down it is WAY down. Many people were sticking to the sides and holding on tight to the bar around the bridge but it is not for the people afraid of heights. If time had aloud I would have loved to go over the canyon in a helicopter.
My favourite hotel in Vegas was the Belogio with their display of musical fountains that reached heights of 40 stories. Food was plentiful everywhere we went and prepared with great detail to presentation. We made sure we ate at Emeril's located at the MGM Grand and he really has prepared a menu to remember. We wanted to try everything. I loved the cornbread muffins mmmmm!
