"Port Rowan"

Photo taken last weekend while on our trip to Port Dover, driving towards Long Point we stopped at this one point that looked like something from a shot in PEI. Very still water and the calmness of the day and just looks damp.

It isn't easy being green

Went to view my garden and found the grasshopper on a Disco Belle Flower. He seems so content and I couldn't help but notice that he also had pollen on him.  I thought the contrast between him and the flower was quite nice.

Our new resident

We put a little pond in last month and this passed week I found we have a new resident. They say if everything is right with the water you will have a life and sure enough with a few water lettuce and water hycinth and a little bubbler we have now a little frog making his home here. Our Golden Retriever Bronte barks at him everytime she goes over to the pond but they will get used to each other.

It has been a hard day at work, time to sit and relax, enjoy the evening.

Visiting Mountsberg on the long weekend and were visited rather abruptly by this family of horses. The mother was clearly not happy with us photographing her newborns if you notice by the flared nostrils.
