It isn't easy being green

Went to view my garden and found the grasshopper on a Disco Belle Flower. He seems so content and I couldn't help but notice that he also had pollen on him.  I thought the contrast between him and the flower was quite nice.

Our new resident

We put a little pond in last month and this passed week I found we have a new resident. They say if everything is right with the water you will have a life and sure enough with a few water lettuce and water hycinth and a little bubbler we have now a little frog making his home here. Our Golden Retriever Bronte barks at him everytime she goes over to the pond but they will get used to each other.
